If enough airlines file their optional services, such as premium seating and checked luggage, with Airline Tariff Publishing Co., it could change the way travel agents use global distribution systems. "I think it is a fundamental change in how airline products are retailed, and it affords great opportunities," said Robert Buckman at Amadeus North America.
