Contractors will use recycled shingles to pave Wisconsin roads

Wisconsin contractors may use recycled shingles in the asphalt they use to pave roads in Wisconsin this summer. The state Department of Transportation will allow asphalt shingles to comprise 20% of the asphalt used on a project. They are confident that the shingle material will not compromise road quality.
