Nearly every large commercial airport in the U.S. has seen collisions between aircraft and birds that were serious enough to cause damage, according for data released Friday by the Federal Aviation Administration. "Everybody's got a bird problem, period," said Paul Eschenfelder, an airline pilot who also teaches airport wildlife management. "It's all the way across the nation. It's going to vary by degree, but it's everybody's problem."
