Man with physical disabilities competes in mixed martial arts

Kyle Maynard, 23, who was born without complete arms or legs, lived his dream of competing in a mixed martial arts competition with an able-bodied opponent. Maynard had succeeded in football, wrestling and weightlifting, but lost the Saturday match, his first mixed martial arts fight, as his opponent mostly kept out of Maynard's reach. Maynard's opponent said he was surprised by Maynard's speed.
