Millivision provides whole-body detection without the body

With the Transportation Security Administration planning to replace airport walk-through metal detectors with whole-body imaging machines, Millivision Inc. says it can provide technology that is less invasive than many detection systems that conduct "virtual strip searches." The company uses passive millimeter wave screening to detect a variety of materials including ceramics, plastics and liquids, but it stops short of imaging a naked body.
