Many construction deficiencies pointed out by inspectors remain unresolved at the MGM CityCenter project in Las Vegas, according to an analysis by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The owners of the project say they will resolve all deficiencies before the project is finished. Some observers, however, say it will be expensive and impractical to fix all the problems late in the construction process. Meanwhile, the discrepancies make it difficult to compare the work on the project to building plans approved by city officials.
