Study: Children can get omega-3 through fortified juices

Orange juice fortified with an omega-3 fatty acid raised the blood levels of the acid in children ages 4 to 12 who drank the juice for six weeks. That means fortified juice might be an alternative to fish as a way for children to get omega-3 fatty acids.
