Study: Some teens self-medicate with marijuana

Teenagers are turning to marijuana to help them deal with emotional problems, sleep difficulties and pain, according to a University of British Columbia study. Interviews with 63 teens who smoked marijuana regularly showed one-third used it as a medication rather than to get high.
