The initial public offering last week of Codexis, a producer of enzymes for biofuels, may have been priced at the lower end of the $13-to-$15 range by underwriters, but it could still signal other advanced-biofuel companies to go public, according to this article. Amyris Biotechnologies, Solazyme, Gevo and Coskata are among the other advanced-biofuel companies that could follow Codexis in going public.
