New York offers $4 million to convert stations to E85

A $4 million cash-assistance program by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority aims to help 80 to 150 gas station owners install or convert to blended-fuel pumps and tanks to support E85 sales. There are about 48 E85 stations in New York, compared with about 369 in Minnesota, which has the most stations in the Midwest.
