US Airways narrows losses in first quarter

US Airways Group Inc. reported a smaller loss and higher revenue for the first quarter than analysts expected. The company had a loss of $45 million, or 28 cents per share, compared to a loss of $103 million, or 90 cents a share in the same period a year ago. Revenue increased 7.9% to $2.65 billion.
