Oklahoma House passes amended bill, includes federally licensed breeders

The Oklahoma House passed new rules for pet breeders that included a last-minute amendment that includes federally licensed breeders in the group that will have to meet rules and licensing requirements set up by a new state board. Earlier this month, a House committee added an amendment that would have exempted federally licensed breeders, who already undergo several annual inspections.
