Colorado airport will alert pilots to crowded skies

Boulder Municipal Airport in Colorado plans to establish an alert area on maps that would indicate to pilots that skies may be crowded. A midair collision prompted officials to try to improve safety in the area. "One other idea is for flight schools in and around Boulder to use less-congested airspace between Loveland and Longmont," said Chris Wood with the Boulder County Business Report.
