Many U.S. workers don't get enough sleep, CDC says

Overall, 30% of U.S. adults reported sleeping six or fewer hours a day, CDC researchers wrote in Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report. People who worked the night shift and those aged 30 to 44 were more likely to be sleep deprived than those who work during the day and those in other age groups.
