Navy looks to develop smarter uniforms

The Office of Naval Research has put out a call for researchers to design smarter military uniforms. The ONR is especially interested in technology that can track the location of soldiers as well as transmit information on wounds or measure exposure to radiation and other toxins by monitoring a soldier's blood, saliva and urine.
