Teachers in UK report increase in student hunger

A recent survey of teachers in the United Kingdom shows the country's economic recession has led to more students going hungry. Teachers reported increasing numbers of students complaining of hunger and some teachers said they have bought food for students. The survey by the Prince's Trust found that 1 in 4 teachers describe students' hunger as a problem.
