NASA needs to provide budget details, lawmakers say

Members of the House appropriations panel that is reviewing NASA's budget request told NASA chief Sean O'Keefe it wouldn't be able to give its approval until it received more details. NASA wants an $866 million increase to $16.2 billion for fiscal year 2005.
