Chefs Charlie Trotter and Michelle Bernstein are two of the latest culinary experts to jump on a new trend: preparing gourmet menus for airlines. "There is no question that competition is fierce in this industry and we are looking for ways to differentiate," said a Delta Airlines official. "People will choose to come back with us, creating repeat business and loyalty."
