Study finds more pregnant women have pre-existing diabetes

A California study shows the number of pregnant women with pre-existing diabetes more than doubled and the number of diabetic teenagers giving birth grew fivefold in seven years. Blacks, Asians and Hispanics were more likely to have diabetes before pregnancy than whites.
