It's safe to keep pork on the menu

Federal health officials say it's OK to keep pork on the menu, and all food-borne germs are killed when the meat is cooked at 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Medallions and chops should be cooked until they hit this temperature, says Thomas Griffiths, an associate dean at the CIA.
