Restaurants throughout Arizona are joining the locavore trend, seeking fresh, local ingredients to highlight on their menus. "Whenever we can get locally grown produce, we will," said Paula Woolsey, co-owner of the Asylum restaurant, which sells locally produced cheeses and meats, and gets fruit from nearby orchards.
