Arizona begins to see consequences of new immigration law

It is now a state crime to be in Arizona illegally. The recently passed law mandates that law-enforcement officials check the immigration status of anyone they suspect might be in the country illegally. The move has caused several groups to cancel conventions they had planned in the state. It has also spawned calls to boycott state businesses and a warning from the Mexican government.
