Oklahoma Senate passes bill on pet-breeder licensing

Oklahoma senators approved a bill Tuesday that would require the licensing and inspection of in-state pet breeders with 11 or more female animals for breeding. The measure, which heads to the governor's office for signing, is an attempt to crack down on unscrupulous breeders in the state, the legislator sponsoring the bill said.
