Rhode Island city considers pit bull neutering ordinance

An ordinance being considered in Warwick, R.I., calls for the mandatory neutering of pit bulls and related breeds, unless they are owned by licensed breeders or actively competing in shows. The ordinance already passed the City Council's first round of voting and will go through a second vote before it can take effect.
