Study: 100% juice is beneficial to children and teens

Children and young teens who consume 100% fruit juice receive more key nutrients than nonjuice drinkers, according to a study that also found a link between juice consumption and eating fruit and whole-grain food. The researchers say nonjuice drinkers between ages 2 and 18 were more likely to fall short of recommended levels of nutrients including vitamins A and C and folate.
