Unions maneuvering for TSA representation

Two unions seeking exclusive representation for TSA screeners made their case to federal labor regulators this week. The National Treasury Employees Union and the American Federation of Government Employees have asked for elections to determine which group can speak for TSA workers, whether or not those workers have collective bargaining rights.
