American rolls out more cabin improvements for its 757s

American Airlines, which operates 124 Boeing 757s, is continuing with improvements to the aircraft. About 18 757s are ready to go for international operations, and seven or eight domestic-route planes have been upgraded. Improvements include lie-flat seats, video on-demand, A/C power ports and new lavatories.
