FDA seeks comments on existing rules on devices, drugs

As part of its effort to comply with an executive order signed by President Barack Obama in January, the FDA is reviewing its regulations on medical devices, drugs, food and other products and is asking for public comment to determine if the rules need to be revised or expanded for the agency to better address public health needs. The agency has set a June 27 deadline for stakeholders' comments.
