Hospitals need systemic changes to improve patient experience

Jason Wolfe of the Beryl Institute says while there is no single best model to improve patient experience, hospitals should be clear about their goals, have strong leadership support, ensure patient values are part of the organizational culture and get all staff involved in improving the experience. "We're talking about systemic change from top to bottom," he said.
