More businesses turn to social media to find employees

Small businesses are turning to social media to find the best qualified applicants. Posting jobs on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn is a cheap and efficient way to reach millions of potential employees, writes Sarina Trangle. One caveat: profiles might include protected information such as age and religion that should not be taken into consideration when evaluating the applicant.
