Public-private partnerships key to a greener America

As the federal government pushes toward greening its buildings, public-private partnerships will become more important, says Molly O'Neill, a former Environmental Protection Agency information officer. Of particular importance, she says, is the role played by the General Services Administration, which has taken on the testing of new technologies to determine which ones are most practical.
