Study finds low-fat dairy doesn't affect weight and BMI

An Australian study in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that children who replaced dairy products with low-fat varieties did not have changes in weight or body mass index after six months. However, researchers said the low-fat dairy group got 13.3% of their calories from saturated fat, compared with 16.6% in the control group.
