Tips to keep from raising red flags with employment ads

Help-wanted ad writing can be tricky when it comes to striking the right balance between creativity and facts, but there are at least five things that should never make their way into ads unless you want to face legal action. FindLaw's list includes these tips: don't mention any protected status; don't use gender-specific language; and don't use discriminatory ads to make your workforce more diverse.
