Massachusetts pharmacy chains fined, brace for fee cutbacks

The state attorney general issued fines to three of the state's largest chains and, separately, the House proposed a $24 million cut in pharmacy prescription fee aid. Industry insiders say the move by the state is in retaliation for the pharmacies' threat to withdraw from Medicaid if a prescription tax plan was approved.
