Anonymous online threats terrify students

Cyberthreats left on 17-year-old Rachael Neblett's page were anonymous, but chilling; she told her parents, but three weeks later shot and killed herself after being "totally terrified," according to friends. School officials are increasingly dealing with serious online threats of violence, which some perpetrators see as "joking around," said Doris Settles, a spokeswoman for the Kentucky Center for School Safety.
