CDC: More than 25% of children not fully vaccinated

CDC researchers say 28% of more than 17,000 U.S. children between the ages of 18 months and 3 years did not meet the government's vaccination recommendations due to missed or ill-timed doses. An agency official said the complicated schedule "requires a lot of visits to vaccination providers at specific times," which is difficult for some parents.
