Mark Levin, co-founder and board member of Millennium Pharmaceuticals, hopes to replicate the success of the Cambridge, Mass.-based biotech firm at his new venture, Constellation Pharmaceuticals. The startup company aims to develop cancer drugs through epigenetics -- the study of how to switch genes on and off without affecting the underlying DNA sequence.
