Clark airport to transfer lease

Clark Regional Airport in Clark County, Ind., will transfer its longstanding lease from aviation pioneer William Happel's Hap's Aerial Enterprises to Honaker Aviation. Honaker, which is expected to continue providing charter, fueling, maintenance and other aviation services under the Hap's name, also plans to relocate some of its nine business jets to Clark County. Happel, 84, who owned and operated a Clarksville airport prior to being named manager of Clark, could not be reached for comment.
