COO: Facebook projects 70% jump in sales in 2009

Facebook Inc., despite the difficult economic climate, this year is on track to increase revenue by 70% and to be "cash-flow positive" in 2010, according to chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg. The social network plans to continue its use of targeted ads, including trying out messages based on what users write on their "walls" that reportedly don't violate user privacy.
