Some leaders love to brag about how little sleep they need, but Karen Dillon wonders if these boardroom insomniacs aren't doing their companies a disservice. Sleeping more leads to better snap decisions, Dillon writes, and allows for more reflection on those big, strategic moves. It also sets a tone for the rest of the office, she warns, so if leaders don't want their employees working groggy, they should set an example and take a nap.
