IAB launches public-policy blog

The IAB's first post on its new policy blog examines whether ISPs, under the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act, can provide information about subscribers' online use to marketers without users' permission. The blog is intended to be compendium of upcoming state and federal legislation and regulatory developments, along with other news and events impacting the "interactive advertising ecosystem," according to the IAB.
