$10B plan for "science city" in Maryland moves closer to reality

The County Council in Maryland's Montgomery County is weighing plans for a $10 billion research campus that could attract some 60,000 new jobs to the area, many of them high-paying. Planners want the "science city" to be a walkable community where workers would be able to live and work.
