Atlantic City council approves Revel tax-break vote

The City Council in Atlantic City approved a measure to allow voters to decide on the fate of $300 million in tax breaks for the Revel casino. The unfinished Revel casino, for sale by investor Morgan Stanley, would receive state sales tax abatements for 20 years. The referendum will appear on November's general election ballot.
