Some big companies use social media to achieve CSR goals

Companies are starting to take the lessons they've learned from social media campaigns and apply them to to CSR strategies, according to a recent report. Larger companies have found success in achieving CSR goals, including engaging stakeholders. "Companies have begun to understand that their work and their social responsibility go hand-in-hand. ... 'traditional' methods of engagement are changing," the report says.
