Students attending the Washington State School for the Blind in Vancouver have access to digital learning environments where instruction is delivered using tools such as digital cameras, interactive whiteboards and assistive software. In one distance-learning class, students use screen-reading software during lessons and send pictures of their work to the teacher for instance feedback.
