Mobile devices are winning over laptops, CEA says

In homes where consumers own laptops, more than 40% of those who own a mobile device say they are spending more time with their smartphones and tablet computers than their laptops, according to the Consumer Electronics Association. More than three-quarters of smartphone owners said those handsets are used as their primary photo-taking device; 69% use their smartphones to get directions, and 39% play games on their handsets.
