Stores turn to celebrities to bring in younger shoppers

Department stores including Sears, Macy's and Nordstrom are increasingly teaming with celebrities to debut new fashion lines to lure millennial consumers from specialty stores. "Right now, all retailers are going after the millennial customer. They have to, because it represents the future of their business," said Carol Spieckerman, CEO of retail consulting firm Newmarketbuilders.
