With states working to reform their teacher-evaluation systems, there also should be a focus on "two-way feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement," write Ross Wiener, a vice president at the Aspen Institute in Washington, and Kasia Lundy, a senior principal in the education practice of the Parthenon Group.
