Be prepared in the event of racist remarks at work

Businesses should be prepared with clear policies and processes to guard against legal damage that can occur because of racist comments in the workplace, Brett Snider writes. These should include a process for documentation, a suspension policy for offenders and readiness to properly dismiss employees if necessary.
