Nissan engineers in Europe are testing a "super-hydrophobic" paint that repels mud, oil and grime from automobiles, theoretically eliminating the need to ever wash your car. The new paint technology -- which Nissan has dubbed Ultra-Ever Dry® -- works by creating an air barrier that keeps road spray from making it to the car's body.
